I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for registration of a Deed of Exchange which was lodged on 31 October 2000. Dealing No. D2000SM008387Y refers. I am further informed that all outstanding queries have been resolved and that the application is receiving attention in the Land Registry. I can inform the Deputy that, subject to no further queries arising, the application will be completed within the next few weeks.
