192 Mr. Murphy asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on whether, in the case of a person (details supplied), the decision is a just one; and his further views on whether his Department has dealt with it in an effective and efficient manner. [12540/03]

I refer the Deputy to my reply to his previous Parliamentary Question No. 531 on 25 March 2003 and Question No. 391 on 8 April 2003 on this matter. I am satisfied that my Department dealt with this case in an effective, efficient and fair manner.
