I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following Order in draft:–
Employment Equality Act, 1998 (section 12)(Church of Ireland College of Education) Order, 2003,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 12 May 2003, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Science in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 2 July 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
