239 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a certificate copy of folio file plan maps will be issued for folios (details supplied) as they were requested in January 2003; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13887/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications are two applications for a copy folio and file plan which were lodged on 31 January 2003. Application Nos. P2003SM141687M and P2003SM141674E refer. I am further informed there was a delay in processing these two applications as the two folios referred to by the Deputy were recently imaged as part of the document imaging programme being undertaken in the Land Registry. This means that they are now electronically available and can be accessed and printed by electronic access service account holders via the Internet. I have been also informed that maps in relation to these two folios are being prepared. I can inform the Deputy that these applications will be completed within the next few weeks.
