Question:204 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be granted a way-leave to move cattle over State-owned foreshore in County Mayo, as requested by this person. [14451/03]

I refer the Deputy to my reply to his question of Tuesday, 25 February 2003. As I indicated in that reply, if the person in question were to apply for a way-leave to the commissioners, enclosing appropriate maps and details, the application would be processed in the normal fashion.
