308 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 266 of 14 November 2000 and 356 of 20 March 2003 and the reply issued by the South-Western Area Health Board on 4 December 2002, if the board will now clarify its intentions in writing; and his views on the delay of the board in answering this query. Responsibility for the provision of orthodontic services to eligible persons in County Wicklow rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
