309 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if physiotherapy treatment will be expedited for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and the reason it is taking so long for an appointment to be arranged in view of the urgency of the case. [14325/03]

The provision of medical services for persons resident in County Kilkenny is a matter for the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position and to reply directly to the Deputy.
