International Agreements: Motion.

I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the terms of the agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its member states, of the one part, and the Republic of Chile, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 18 November 2002, which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 30 April 2003, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which, not later than 17 June 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
