Vol. 567 No. 5

Written Answers. - Civil Service Retirement Provisions.

Pat Carey

Question:

386 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 will have to retire on reaching 65 years of age; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14405/03]

Retirement in the Civil Service is compulsory on reaching the age of 65. The person referred to must, therefore, retire on reaching that age.
