139 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs when the promised consultation paper on proposed changes in the charities legislation will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14376/03]
The position remains as I indicated to Deputy O'Shea on 26 March last: The target for publication of the consultation paper on charities regulation is this summer. The paper will be publicly available and it will also be posted on my Department's website. My intention is to have an inclusive public consultation process on the proposals.
