I propose to take Questions Nos. 187 to 189, inclusive, together.

My Department is progressing the official languages equality principle within available resources. The Department is committed to providing a high quality service to customers who wish to conduct their business with us in Irish. Correspondence received in Irish is answered in Irish and every effort is made to accommodate customers who telephone or visit the Department and who wish to conduct their business in Irish. In addition, the Department will make available during 2003 Irish versions of the strategy statement 2003-2005 and the annual report for 2002. It is also the Department's intention that material in Irish will be included on the Department's website.
