226 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the design sketch scheme for the new Garda station at Leixlip, County Kildare; if he will approve same without delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15027/03]
My Department has not yet received a sketch scheme for the proposed new Garda station in Leixlip, which, I understand, is being prepared by the Office of Public Works. When the sketch scheme has been received from that office it will, as a first step, be forwarded to the Garda authorities for consideration, in consultation with local Garda management.
