Vol. 569 No. 3

Written Answers. - Hospital Services.

Michael Ring

Question:

326 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo has not been called for cataract removal operations on both eyes. [17685/03]

Responsibility for the provision of hospital services to residents of County Mayo rests with the Western Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in this case and to reply directly to the Deputy.
