Ryan asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will report on the application from a person (details supplied) in County Dublin for a placement in PROSPER Fingal from 1 September 2003; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the person will complete training in July 2003 and, in view of the cutbacks in the provision of services, must remain at home full-time thereafter.
