I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for charging, levying and paying a duty of excise in relation to licences for the sale of intoxicating liquor in respect of designated national sporting arenas, as provided for under any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Licensing Acts 1833 to 2003, the Registration of Clubs Acts 1904 to 2003 and the Equal Status Act 2000 and to provide for related matters.
