306 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education and Science if his Department remains committed to the provision of a new school building for the Rutland Street primary school, Dublin 1; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18652/03]
This project is in the early stages of architectural planning and is listed in section 7, primary, of the building programme. My Department has assigned a "Band 1" priority rating to this project. The timing as to when projects listed in sections 6 and 7 of the programme can progress to tender and construction will depend on the budgetary allocation for 2004 and subsequent years and the priority assigned to projects by reference to the band ratings.
