Question:393 Mr. Nolan asked the Minister for Health and Children the amount spent by his Department on upgrading its IT systems in 2002; and the projected investment in these facilities for 2003. [18425/03]
Written Answers. - Departmental Expenditure.
Expenditure on information technology in my Department is divided between the main Department and the general register office. The amounts expended in 2002 and 2003, for which the figures are estimates, are set out in the following table. This excludes the cost of the GRO modernisation program which will modernise processes outside the Department.
