Vol. 570 No. 2

Written Answers. - Hospital Accommodation.

Martin Ferris

Question:

410 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Health and Children if it is proposed to cut the number of beds in the acute psychiatric unit at Tralee General Hospital. [18567/03]

Responsibility for the provision of services at the acute psychiatric unit at Tralee General Hospital rests with the Southern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
