463 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Transport if he plans to bring forward in this session of Dáil Éireann two proposals that need legislation, one providing for a private terminal at Dublin Airport and the other for the break up of Aer Rianta into three sections; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan):

I do not envisage amending legislation being brought forward in the current session of Dáil Éireann in respect of either of the programme for Government initiatives to which the Deputy has referred.
