Question:

212 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources his views on whether ComReg, in the way in which it has arrived at decision D12/03, appears to have omitted to abide by his policy direction to commission a regulatory impact assessment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19067/03]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 207 to 212, inclusive, together.

It would not be appropriate for me to comment on the matters raised by the Deputy as the ComReg decision to which he refers is currently the subject of legal proceedings and the matter is thereforesub judice.
