159 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Education and Science the names of persons with their correspondence address in County Roscommon who are currently on State boards under the aegis of his Department; the date of their appointment; the duration of their term; the role of each on the board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Councillor Gerard Donnelly is on the board of the governing authority of the National University of Ireland, Galway, councillor Donnelly was appointed to the board on February 1 2001. The term of office of the board ends on January 31 2005. The role of members is to contribute to the discharge of the functions of the authority. There is no other person with a correspondence address in County Roscommon currently on a State board under the aegis of my Department.
