323 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the design sketch scheme for the new Garda station at Leixlip, County Kildare; if he will approve same without delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19286/03]

My Department has very recently received the sketch scheme drawings for the proposed Garda station at Leixlip. In accordance with standard procedures, the drawings have been forwarded to the Garda authorities for consideration.
