Question:329 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be completed. [19315/03]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for Voluntary Transfer which was lodged on 11 December 2002. Dealing Number D2002SM010943V refers. I am further informed that this application is dependent on the completion of Dealing Number D2001SM005264H which was lodged prior to D2002SM010943V.
I am also informed that queries issued on Dealing Number D2001SM005264H and that the application cannot be completed until satisfactory replies are received to these queries. I can assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory response to the queries raised, the application will receive further attention in the Land Registry and will be completed as soon as possible.
