O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government if he will arrange an inspection to be carried out in respect of the new house grant of a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this person received notification recently that they failed to keep their inspection appointment even though they were never notified of same.
