Question:82 Mr. N. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a grant in respect of area aid 2002 will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Cork who was a new applicant. [19310/03]
Written Answers. - Grant Payments.
The person named was a new applicant for area aid for 2002. In accordance with normal control procedures, new applicants are subjected to a ground inspection of their holding before being issued with a herd number and before area aid applications can be processed. This process has been completed and the 2002 area aid application of the person has been processed. Any payments due will issue shortly.
