299 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a decision has been made on the destocking appeal by a person (details supplied) in County Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19885/03]

My Department has no record of an appeal from the person named. If he wishes to make an appeal he should contact my Department for details of the appeals process. These can be obtained from the Secretary, Commonage Framework Plan Appeals Committee, Department of Agriculture and Food, Johnstown Castle Estate, County Wexford.
