Question:

328 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if all of the quota pertaining to the scheme for the allocation of milk quota under notice No. 94 of 15 November 2001 has been allocated; if not, the amount which remains; his plans for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20862/03]

Of the 32,111,752 litres available for allocation under the scheme, some 31,995,652 litres have been allocated. The remaining 116,100 litres shall be held in the national reserve available for allocation to producers under the 2003 milk quota appeals tribunal scheme for hardship cases.
