I move:
(i) That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Order of the Dáil of 3 July is hereby discharged.
(ii) That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the draft order entitled:
Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Eligible Customer) (Consumption of Electricity) Order 2003,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 26 June 2003, be referred to the Joint Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 7 October 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
