I refer the Deputy to my replies to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 317 to 323, inclusive, of 17 December 2002, and the responses of the Minister for Defence to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 20, 69, 70 to 73, 78 and 80 to 83 of 12 December 2002.
As stated in my earlier replies, this matter was not the subject of a criminal investigation by the Garda Síochána.
