1128 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of applications for citizenship by persons (details supplied) in Dublin 14; when a decision will be made in view of the fact that the applications were made over three years ago. [19893/03]
I have been informed by staff in the citizenship section of my Department that further documentation is required from the persons referred to in the Deputy's question and correspondence has recently issued to both parties in this regard.
Consideration of the applications of the two persons concerned is ongoing and I will be in touch with the Deputy and the persons in question as soon as I have reached a decision in the matter.
