Question:1327 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if money was ever sanctioned to a road (details supplied) in County Mayo; if so, when; the position in this regard; and the reason the applicants were told 14 months ago that the road was going to be repaired, yet nothing has been done to date. An application under scéim na mbóithre áise was received by my Department in this case on 2 April 2002. The case has recently been re-examined and will be taken into account with other cases when funding is next being allocated.
