264 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when an application made for registration with the Land Registry Office in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Cork submitted by Cork City Council will be finalised; and the reason for the delay in having the registration finalised in view of the fact that Cork Corporation have submitted all the requested information and have been told that all the required documentation necessary to process the application is now with the Land Registry Office. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these are applications for first registration which were lodged on 21 November 2001. Dealing number D2001CK014852Y and D2001CK014890G refer. Dealing number D2001CK014890G was completed on 19 March 2003 and that dealing number D2001CK014852Y was completed on 1 October 2003.
