I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following Order in draft:
The Health Act 1970 (Section 76) Simpson's Hospital Estate Act (Amendment) Order 2003,
a copy of which was laid in draft before Dáil Éireann on 25th June, 2003, be referred to the Joint Committee on Health and Children, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which, not later than 17th October, 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
