I propose to take Questions Nos. 357 to 359, inclusive, together.

I have no function in relation to the matters raised by the Deputy. These are regulatory matters for the Commission for Communications Regulation. In accordance with the provisions of the Communications Regulation Act 2002, the Commission is independent in the exercise of its functions.
