424 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the details of the independent clinical review and audit regarding the care and treatment of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick at the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, Limerick. [22239/03]
The Mid-Western Health Board has established a group to carry out an independent clinical review and audit regarding the care and treatment of the person concerned. The details of this group are a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board to reply to the Deputy directly in this matter.
