157 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Health and Children the position in relation to the case of a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow; when this person will be admitted to St Luke's; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22480/03]
Responsibility for the provision of health services to persons residing in counties Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has, therefore, requested the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply directly to the Deputy.
