Written Answers. - Vehicle Registration.
Responsibility for the registration of motor vehicles rests with the Revenue Commissioners. My Department has no function in the matter.
Scooters would be subject to motor tax if they are registered as mechanically propelled vehicles by the Revenue Commissioners.
