94 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 will receive witness expenses from the Health and Safety Authority; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22726/03]

I am pleased to say that the Health and Safety Authority has recently issued a cheque to the person concerned, which was in respect of expenses incurred in relation to a court case.
