211 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application for reunification by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 with refugee status whose spouse wants to join them here will be granted. [23652/03]

The application for family reunification by the person in question has been referred to the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner for investigation as required by section 18 of the Refugee Act 1996, as amended. On receipt of the report of the Commissioner, a decision will be made on the application.
