179 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the amount of money which was allocated to County Donegal under the roads programme of the National Development Plan 2000-2006; the amount of the money allocated under this programme which has been drawn down to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. 180 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the amount of money which has been allocated to and spent by Donegal County Council on non-national road building projects and road upgrade and improvement schemes in County Donegal from 2000 to 2003, inclusive; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The following table sets out total grant payments made by my Department to local authorities in County Donegal from 2000 to 2002, inclusive, and the 2003 allocation, in respect of non-national roads:
