185 Mr. Ó Fearghaíl asked the Minister for Health and Children if an enhanced nursing home subvention will be paid in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare from Cork; and the health board responsible for meeting this person's needs. [27661/03]

Responsibility for the provision of health services in the Cork area rests with the Southern Health Board. My Department has asked its chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply directly to him, as a matter of urgency.
