155 Mr. Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the position regarding an application for a work permit for a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [27746/03]

A work permit application for the above named individual has been refused on the basis of the employer not being in compliance with the requirements of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000.
