217 Dr. Cowley asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government if he will arrange to refund Mayo County Council for the extensive work already done on infrastructure after the landslides in the Pullathomas, Inver areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27890/03]
