68 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Transport the response he has received from Irish Rail with regard to the four recommendation contained in the report of the enquiry into a railway accident at Kiltoom, County Roscommon on 16 February 2001; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I published in full on 30 October last the inspector's report into the Kiltoom railway incident in February 2001, together with Iarnród Éireann's response to the inspector's four recommendations. These are available on my Department's website www.transport.ie and I am arranging to send copies directly to the Deputy.
