233 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will make a statement regarding the concerns of the Irish Association of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (details supplied); and if assistance will be given to them. [28167/03]

My Department has examined the letter from the Irish Association of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus which was supplied by the Deputy. The issues raised in relation to health services will be taken into account in the new year in the light of overall budgetary considerations.
