286 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will process an application for registration for a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28134/03]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application refers to a Land Commission purchase agreement lodged on 12 October 1992, schedule No. 92148 refers. The application was completed on 20 November 2003.
