308 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if adequate patrol cars are available on a daily and nightly basis in each Garda station throughout Dublin City and the greater Dublin area; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28403/03]

The Garda authorities are responsible for the detailed allocation of resources. They are satisfied that there are adequate patrol cars available in each Garda station on a daily and nightly basis in the Dublin metropolitan region.
