Question:

58 Ms Lynch asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of claims for residency status made prior to and since 23 January 2003 by the non-national parents of an Irish born child; the number of cases which have been processed; the number of cases in which residency has been granted; the number of cases in which the application has been refused; the number of cases in which deportation of such parents have been ordered; the number of cases in which deportations have taken place; if his attention has been drawn to the serious concern expressed by the Human Rights Commission regarding the procedures in use and particularly the lack of readily accessible legal advice to many such parents; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28242/03]

Eamon Ryan

Question:

75 Mr. Eamon Ryan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will adopt and implement the Human Rights Commission recommendations on non-national parents which were sent to him on 21 October 2003. [28306/03]

Aengus Ó Snodaigh

Question:

76 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on the submission of the Human Rights Commission on the situation of non-national parents and their Irish citizen children; and his position on each of its eight recommendations. [28290/03]

Aengus Ó Snodaigh

Question:

92 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on the fact that his policy of deporting Irish citizen children with their non-national parents not only goes outside but directly contradicts the Supreme Court ruling of 23 January 2003, and risks the violation of these citizens' constitutional rights; and if, on this basis, he will consider reversing this expulsion policy. [28291/03]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 58, 75, 76 and 92 together.

I refer the Deputies to Question No. 50 of today's date.
