The person submitted an application for payment, IAS 2, under the installation aid scheme on 22 September 2003. As this application was deemed to be incomplete, additional information was requested from the person and a reply was received on 29 October 2003. The eligibility of the application concerned is being examined by my Department's inspectorate and the outcome will be notified to the person in due course.

Question:136 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm development grant will be awarded to a person (details supplied) in County Clare for works recently carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28347/03]
The person is an applicant under the farm waste management scheme. Payment of €17,852.20 was made by my Department to the person on 10 November 2003.
