182 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the areas within his Department most likely to be affected by recently announced financial constraints; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28787/03]
My reply to Question No. 228 on 20 November set out the priorities for my Department in 2004. The funding arrangements in the 2004 Estimates show an overall increase of 5% net and will ensure that my priorities will be delivered on in 2004. Given the increase in my Department's Estimates, I am satisfied that a full range of services will be provided next year.
